The Student Payment Center is available to assist you 5 days a week at payments@pitt.edu or 412-624-7520. Our doors are open for in-person service each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, G-9 Thackeray Hall. We are working virtually each Monday and Friday.
Checks and money orders can be inserted in the Drop Box outside our office in G-9 Thackeray Hall and are posted to PittPAY within one week. Be sure to include your full name and 7-digit student ID with Drop Box payments.
When you make payments online in PittPAY, your account balance is reduced immediately, and you receive a receipt by email.
